If you live anywhere in north-east North America you’ve been hit by a blizzard. We too, on Prince Edward Island, have been clobbered. Coincidently the NFL division playoffs started at the same time as the blizzard. Steve and Isaac came over to my house to watch the football games yesterday afternoon. They’re still here. There is no sign of them being able to go home. In the meantime we’re playing Madden 2005, working, and slowly depleting Becky and my food reserves. For those interested in the storm and our spontaneous sleepover check out my expanding photo gallery of the past twenty four hours.

It's going to be 71 degrees in Scottsdale today. I think I'll just leave early and sit outside and have a cup of coffee in the sunshine. ;-)

Alternate title: "Variety of photos showing Isaac eating."

We just passed 24 hours and still no sign of a plow. Cabin fever is starting to set in.

So what is the cannibalism pecking order?

I no longer am being fed by Dan as I managed to ski home. But I clearly would of not been the first one eaten either. That would be Garrity.

Steve has just left. His car is still in my driveway though. This concludes my coverage of our spontaneous sleep-over.

Update: I'm home! However, like Dan says, my car is still buried in his driveway. It's for sale - I'll give you $500 off if you buy it tomorrow and take it right from Dan's driveway...
I got home thanks to my bride-to-be and her new winter-tires. Nice to know I'm marrying into such a sweet set of treads.
Dan and Becky were great hosts (thanks guys).

"and slowly depleting Becky"
I couldn't help but have mental images of a boiler-room-esque scene with one or other of you shouting to the others "hurry, guys, we're running out of Becky". I really did watch too much Monty Python as a child, though...
Good to know you're all safe and sound, though, and that your levels of Becky are back to normal.

I miss the snowstorms - so much your pictorial brought back such fond memories. It is so cold here in Jacksonville, Florida this has been a long winter for us. It usually lasts only 2 or more weeks, but this has been holding on for months now. So if I am going to put up with the cold, I might as well be enjoying snow or something. I miss the sledding most of all. I must fly up and bask in the whiteness. Oh my, I am a closet snowfreek. I must get control.....
Ok, I am ok now. So in a few weeks I should be enjoying my 80 degree weather anytime now. I can't wait to get into my bikini and think of you poor freezing men wishing you were here,,, unless of course, I come up to where you are in my bikini and you can throw me in the snow.....
