Peter Rukavina had an interesting encounter with Tim Banks, celebrity Charlottetown property developer & owner of the APM Group, this weekend. Peter has posted a full account of the incident on his weblog.

Apparently the blog post at the center of this altercation was Peter posting a photo of Tim's Porsche SUV parked in a no parking zone during a public city meeting.
