Well it's doomed to happen: go live in a foreign tropical country for a few months and you'll get something. We've actually lucked out. Other than a few nasty days of Montezuma's Revenge we've done ok.
We're actually pretty sure our nasty days were caused by your friend, and mine, Giardia. It's a nasty little parasite that lives in your small intestine. After a few days of nastiness your body gets used to it... or something like that...
Anyway, this is all just background for the below. Ever since we read up on Giardia we blame everything on our parasites... you know, kind of like they blame everything on Fes on That Seventies Show. If we're hungry we blame our parasites. If we have an upset stomach we blame our parasites. They've kind of become pets.
Tonight we made Pina Coladas. We read somewhere that Giardia doesn't like the cocunut that much.. and hey, what better medicine than a Pina Coloda (with locally made cocunut rum!)!!! Anyway - I went into the other room for a bit and when I returned to my computer Becky had drawn me a nice picture of my parasites and emailed it to me. I thought I'd share it with you. Enjoy!

**Giardia is also known as beaver fever. Strangely you don't usually get a fever and beavers have little to do with it.**
