I was reminded at the grocery this weekend by a reader that I was still “off to Peru”. Well, I’m back. I’ve actually been back for almost a month. I’m sorry for not letting you know that sooner. The lack of posting is directly related to my high level of busyness over the past three weeks. We’re opening the Queen Street Commons in two weeks, silverorange is busy as usual, I lucked out and was able to see U2 in Boston, and for some reason we humans feel the need to fix up plants and such things around our homes in the spring. So all of this has manifested itself in a serious lack of writing on my part. My apologies. A special thanks goes out to Mitch for reminding me that I still had readers.
Peru was nothing short of amazing. I’ll be writing more about the country and the places we visited over the next few weeks. What I have managed to do in the last month is get all of my photos from Peru up on my gallery. Enjoy.
A few of my favourites:
- A condor rests in the Colca Canyon
- A shot of a Condor. They have an 11 foot wing span
- Eating Breakfast at our hotel in Cusco
- A little girl in Cusco tries on broken sunglasses (My personal favourite from the trip. It's pictured here with this post)
- Classic Machu Picchu Shot
- The Sacred Valley from above
- Feeding little Saddleback Monkeys
Stay tuned for more...
