Well, the ZAP conference is going extraordinarily well. Surprisingly and suspiciously well. No doubt we’re going to suffer from a horrible catastrophe today or tomorrow.

It’s turning out to be a Dellesque conference. Everything is just-in-time. The satellite high speed was installed minutes before the official start of the conference, the food arrived minutes before the meal started, I thought about my presentation minutes before it began, etc..etc..etc..
